Return Policy
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or you change your mind after a late-night shopping spree. Whatever the reason, here’s how returns and exchanges work at ODE TO LEVANT:
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, as long as it’s within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.
Items marked as custom, limited edition, or final sale are not eligible for return. These are special releases and once they’re gone, they’re really gone.
Can I Exchange for a Different Size or Style?
Absolutely.
If we have the size or style you want in stock, we’ll happily swap it for you. Just send us an email at odetolevant@gmail.com with your order number and your exchange request.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning or exchanging for personal reasons (wrong size, changed your mind), return shipping is on you.
- We’re still a small, independent brand, doing our best to keep prices fair for everyone.
How Do Refunds Work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we’ve received your return for the refund to appear.
Please note: Original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?

- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange

We’re passionate about what we create and every piece tells a story. We kindly ask that you return items in the same condition you received them. That means no stains, no wear, no washing, and definitely no "borrowed for a photoshoot and now sending it back" situations.
