Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Gulf countries, and selected Levant countries.

Europe and more destinations are boarding soon.

How much does shipping cost?

United Kingdom: Free tracked delivery.

Gulf Countries (including UAE): Free delivery.

Levant: Free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom: Delivery times are shown at checkout.

Gulf Countries (including UAE): Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Levant: Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Please note that dispatch times refer to the time required to prepare and hand over your order to the courier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. OTL currently ships to the UK, Gulf countries, and selected Levant destinations.

How can I place an order?

Select your preferred item, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at odetolevant@gmail.com.

We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do OTL hoodies fit?

Our Origins hoodies are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette.

For the best fit, we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.

How do I care for my hoodie?

To help preserve your hoodie:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C).

  • Wash inside out with similar colours.

  • Avoid bleach and tumble drying.

  • Air dry naturally.

  • Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery.

Always follow the garment's care label.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Restocks are not guaranteed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please refer to the policy available on our website for eligibility, conditions, and instructions.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us at odetolevant@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Our team will help resolve it.

Will the design fade or peel?

No. Our hoodies use durable screen printing and embroidery techniques that resist fading and peeling with proper care.
